We offer counselling at every stage of the process of lease of warehouse and production space, starting from the selection of the most convenient location and appropriate space, through negotiation of commercial conditions, lease agreement, up to the takeover of the space by the Customer. We select the most advantageous solutions meeting the Client's needs in order to optimise costs and increase the effectiveness of operations.

When a lease agreement is coming to an end and the space leased so far is insufficient or does not meet current demand, our task is to work out solutions providing the greatest benefits for the client who decides to stay in the current location. Our priority is to ensure that the renegotiation process runs smoothly and ends with the client achieving success.

We advise on the leasing of dedicated BTS (build-to-suit) and BTO (build-to-own) space. Such projects are characterized by great flexibility in terms of space size, lease length, all kinds of adjustments and individual technical solutions. BTS and BTO projects are carried out in any location suitable for the Client. We cooperate in this field with the largest developers and general contractors who provide their services on the industrial real estate market.

We specialise in the sale and purchase of investment land. We cooperate with both private and public land owners. We prepare feasibility and absorption analyses for the given land. Before making the decision to purchase, we assist in due diligence analyses and complete all necessary documents needed to carry out the transaction.

We deal with the sale of industrial properties: warehouses, production facilities. We prepare a strategy covering the entire process of selling a given property, including the completion of the necessary documentation of the facility. From our database of contacts we select potential buyers, we cooperate with investment funds, developers and private investors. We provide support at each stage of the sale process and conduct ongoing supervision over the course of the transaction.

As part of our services, in cooperation with external companies, we provide support in designing warehouse space tailored to the needs of our clients. We assist in the organisation of logistic processes and the implementation of modern logistic solutions.
