WAREHOUSE SPACE MARKET
The Polish warehouse market has been experiencing a real boom over the last few years. The country's central location in Europe, new road investments, the relatively high availability of land and the dynamic development of the e-commerce sector mean that this state of affairs is set to continue. Poland currently has the largest warehouse supply among the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and more than some Western countries.
Developers delivered almost 4 million sqm of modern warehouse space in Q3 2022 and the high level of space under construction continues. Rapid development is observed both in developed markets such as the Mazowieckie, Łódzkie, Śląskie and Dolnośląskie provinces, but still untested locations are increasingly sought after. High demand from both domestic companies and global giants ensures sustainable growth of the sector and a low vacancy rate.
